IMPORTANT: By submitting a voice note, voicemail, direct message, written
message, audio recording, comment, photograph, video, or any other content
(“Submission”) to LADY AND THE CAMP (“the Podcast”), you agree to be bound
by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not submit any content.

ELIGIBILITY
1.1 You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of making your Submis-
sion.
1.1A You agree that you are not aware of any psychological or emotional rea-
son why You cannot participate in contributing to the Podcast by means of
submitting a voicemail, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Tik-
Tok, email, website forms, social media messaging platforms or any other com-
munication channel made available by the Podcast.
1.2 By submitting content, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering
into this agreement.
1.3 If you use a telephone, mobile device, social media account, messaging ser-
vice or internet connection that is paid for, owned or controlled by another
person, you confirm that you have the account holder’s and/or bill payer’s per-
mission to use it for the purpose of making your Submission. Standard mobile
data and internet connection charges may apply.
1.4 The Podcast welcomes submissions from contributors worldwide.
1.5 By submitting content to the Podcast, you confirm that your submission
complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your country, state, prov-
ince, territory or jurisdiction.
1.6 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submission and participa-
tion in the Podcast are lawful where you reside.
1.7 Regardless of where a contributor is located, all submissions and participa-
tion in the Podcast shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 By sending a Submission via voicemail, voice note, SMS or WhatsApp to
our designated telephone number, you acknowledge that you have read, un-
derstood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Whilst the Podcast may re-
ceive content through other channels, it will only consider and engage with
Submissions received via the designated telephone number. Any content re-
ceived through any other channel will not be reviewed, considered or used by
the Podcast..
CONSENT TO USE YOUR SUBMISSION
3.1 You grant the Podcast, its owners, producers, presenters, editors, contrac-
tors, successors, licensees partners and third parties authorised by the Podcast
a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable
licence to:
(a) use, reproduce, store, edit, modify, adapt, translate, dub, subtitle, tran-
scribe, distribute, publish, display and broadcast your Submission;
(b) use your Submission in full or in part;
(c) create excerpts, clips, highlights, promotional content and derivative
works;
(d) combine your Submission with other content;
(e) use your voice, pseudonym, nickname or any non-identifying details pro-
vided by you.
3.2 This licence applies across all current and future media and distribution
channels including, but not limited to:
Spotify;
Apple Podcasts;
YouTube;
TikTok;
Instagram;
Facebook;
X;
LinkedIn;
Podcast platforms;
Websites and blogs;
Email newsletters;
Advertising and marketing campaigns;
Live events;
Press and media promotions;
Any future platforms or technologies developed after the date of your Submis-
sion.
3.3 You acknowledge that once content is published, complete removal may
not be possible and copies may continue to exist online, in archives, down-
loads, backups, screenshots, recordings or third-party reposts.
EDITORIAL CONTROL
4.1 The Podcast has absolute editorial discretion over all Submissions.
4.2 The Podcast may edit, shorten, censor, clip, rearrange, summarise, tran-
scribe, dub, subtitle, enhance, remix or otherwise modify your Submission.
4.3 The Podcast is under no obligation to publish any Submission.
4.4 The Podcast may remove, reject or refuse any Submission for any reason
and without explanation.
4.5 The Podcast may use human reviewers, automated moderation tools and
artificial intelligence systems to review, transcribe, edit or process Submis-
sions.
ANONYMITY REQUIREMENTS
5.1 Do not use your full name.
5.2 You should use only a first name, nickname, initials or pseudonym.
5.3 You must not disclose:
Your full name;
The full name of another person;
Home addresses;
House names;
Place names;
Workplace names;
Business names;
School, college or university names;
Telephone numbers;
Email addresses;
Social media usernames;
Website addresses;
Vehicle registration numbers;
NHS numbers;
Account numbers;
Any information capable of identifying an individual.
5.4 If identifying information is included, the Podcast may remove it but is un-
der no obligation to do so.
5.5 Responsibility for the content of a Submission remains with the contribu-
tor.
PRIVACY OF OTHERS
6.1 You must respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
6.2 You must not identify another person without their express consent.
6.3 You must not disclose personal information belonging to another individ-
ual.
6.4 You must not submit content that could reasonably allow another person to
be identified.
6.5 You must not discuss private conversations, confidential matters or per-
sonal disputes involving identifiable individuals.
PROHIBITED CONTENT
You must not submit content containing:
(a) Swearing or offensive language;
(b) Sexual, pornographic or sexually explicit content;
(c) Confidential information;
(d) Defamatory statements;
(e) False allegations;
(f) Harassment, threats, intimidation or bullying;
(g) Hate speech or discriminatory content;
(h) Material promoting violence or criminal activity;
(i) Content encouraging self-harm or suicide;
(j) Medical, legal or financial accusations against identifiable individuals;
(k) Copyrighted material without permission;
(l) Commercially sensitive information;
(m) Trade secrets;
(n) Information covered by a non-disclosure agreement;
(o) Information protected by a court order;
(p) Information from private workplaces, schools or organisations;
(q) Content that could expose the Podcast to legal liability;
(r) Spam or promotional material;
(s) Political campaigning or electioneering content;
(t) Misinformation or deliberately misleading information.
LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
8.1 You must not discuss ongoing legal proceedings.
8.2 You must not make allegations regarding criminal conduct, misconduct,
wrongdoing or unlawful behaviour by identifiable persons.
8.3 You must not submit content that could prejudice legal proceedings.
LENGTH REQUIREMENTS
9.1 Voice notes should be no longer than 30 seconds.
9.2 Longer recordings may be edited, shortened or disregarded.
OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS
10.1 You warrant that your Submission is your own original work or that you
have all necessary permissions to submit it.
10.2 You warrant that your Submission does not infringe any copyright, trade-
mark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or other legal rights.
10.3 You waive any moral rights you may have in relation to editing, adapta-
tion or publication of your Submission to the maximum extent permitted by
law.
NO PAYMENT
11.1 Submissions are voluntary.
11.2 No payment, royalty, fee, compensation or reimbursement shall be
payable for any Submission unless expressly agreed in writing.
RECORDING AND PUBLICATION
12.1 You understand that your Submission may be broadcast publicly.
12.2 Submissions that are selected for broadcast will be retained as part of the
published Podcast and may be archived for editorial and operational pur-
poses.
12.3 Submissions that are not selected for broadcast will be deleted from our
systems once they are no longer required for editorial review purposes. For
further information on how long we retain your personal data, please see our

12.4 The Podcast cannot control how third parties may copy, record, share,
quote, repost or redistribute published content.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
13.1 The Podcast will process any personal data collected in connection with
your Submission in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including
the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

COMMUNICATION CHANNEL USE
14.1Any telephone number provided by the Podcast is solely for the purpose of
submitting content via voicemail, voice note, SMS or WhatsApp. The Podcast
will not engage with submissions received through any other channel includ-
ing but not limited to social media platforms, email or website forms.
14.2 You must not:
Spam;
Harass;
Abuse;
Flood;
Interfere with;
Attempt to disrupt;
Use automated systems against;
Use for unrelated purposes;
any Podcast communication channel.
14.3 The Podcast reserves the right to block, mute, ignore or report misuse.
MODERATION RIGHTS
15.1 The Podcast may remove, reject, edit or refuse any Submission for any
reason.
15.2 Publication decisions are entirely at the discretion of the Podcast.
15.3 The Podcast is not required to explain moderation decisions.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
16.1 The Podcast is under no obligation to consider or act upon any request to
withdraw a Submission prior to publication. Any such request will be consid-
ered at the sole discretion of the Podcast..
16.2 Once published, the licence granted under these Terms is intended to be
irrevocable and may not be withdrawn except where required by applicable
law.
INDEMNITY
17.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and
hold harmless the Podcast, its owners, presenters, producers, editors, contrac-
tors and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities,
costs or expenses (whether under statute, contract, equity, rot (including negli-
gence), indemnity or otherwise), arising from or in connection with:
(a) your Submission;
(b) your breach of these Terms;
(c) any allegation that your Submission infringes another person’s rights.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
18.1 Despite anything to the contrary, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the
Podcast shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or
reputational loss arising from publication, non-publication or use of a Submis-
sion, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), in-
demnity or otherwise.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
19.1 The Podcast may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
19.2 The version in force at the time of submission shall apply.
GOVERNING LAW
20.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accor-
dance with the laws of England and Wales.
20.2 Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
England and Wales.
